Villa Charick is a gorgeous contemporary 4-bedroom holiday villa rental in Canggu. For those who like to stay in the centre of the action and close to the beach – you’ll love this Bali island home!  Right in the heart of super trendy Berawa, you can enjoy easy access to hotspots such as Finn’s Beach Club, Atlas Beach Fest  &  Cafe Del Mar. Villa Charick has a designer’s feel with chic, stylish interiors, yet the villa has loads of tropical charm. Oh, did we mention that it has a private chef as well?

Large open living space

The design of Villa Charick is stunning, with creamy white walls, teak floors and ceiling panels and an abundance of space. The design is sleek and contemporary yet also warm and very elegant – it’s a picture-perfect living space that could go straight to the cover of a magazine.

There are comfortable sofas and armchairs, there is a teak 12-seater dining table, and there is a bar where you can sit with drinks. On one end of the living room, there is a separate kitchen, and on the other end, you’ll access the media lounge. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more, including a Gaggia Anima coffee machine. The media room is fully air-conditioned but can be configured into another airy open-plan hang-out hub if you wish.

Tropical garden with a private pool

The garden is large and tropical, as can be with a glorious private swimming pool, leafy palm trees and scenting frangipanis. Green grass is on one side of the pool, and a timber deck is on the other. There are comfortable double daybeds for those wanting to tan, and the pool has a shallow kids’ area, making it great for families with young children.

4 Modern bedrooms with air-con

This contemporary holiday estate has 4 bedrooms, one of which has bunks for the kids. On top of that, the kids will have their entertainment room with HDTV and a Nintendo Switch. The other 3 bedrooms feature canopied king-size beds, walk-in wardrobes and luxurious bathtubs.

Staff and services

The staff is wonderful! There are housekeepers, and there is personal assistance where needed, but you also get to enjoy the services of a private chef. The villa has 24-hour security.

Fabulous location in Canggu (near Berawa beach & Finns beach club)

Just a few hundred meters away from the beach in Berawa, the location of Villa Charick couldn’t be any better! Canggu Plaza, Finn’s Recreation Club ( which is great for the kids as there are waterslides, trampolines and ten-pin bowling) and tons of trendy cafes and restaurants.

Day Spas. Ladies will love that there are loads of upmarket day spas nearby where they can get their hair and nails done and have a massage. These include: AMO, Spring Day Spa (along Jalan Batu Bolong), JAMU along Jalan Pantai Berawa and Think Pink Nails in Batu Belig.

Shopping. Follow this up with an afternoon shopping in  Seminyak’s chic   Oberoi area, where there are art galleries, homewares   & jewellery stores.   For more shopping options, you can visit Legian, where local vendors sell Balinese souvenirs.   Or into the  Batu Bolong area of Canggu, where there are even more shops, boutiques and local markets like Love Anchor.

Travelling with kids? Take them to the Finns Recreation Club or for a surf lesson at Berawa Beach, where you can hire boards and instructors by the hour. You might like to take them to the popular Monkey Forest Temple for a fun day out or sunset photos at Tanah Lot Temple. For dinner, there are burgers at Pit Stop, BB52, the best handmade pasta at Bottega,  great Japanese food at One Eyed Jacks, Vietnamese food at HoiAn in Pererenan or authentic Indonesian dining at Mades Warung.

Cafes & restaurants. If you love your coffee, you’ll enjoy the cafe culture in Berawa, with some fabulous cafes serving fabulous food. Make sure you go to the super-popular Milk and Madu (with a kid’s playground area), Matcha, NUDE, Suka by Lusa, Hungry Bird, Gron, Pels Supershop,  Butterman, 7 AM Bakers Club and the popular Neighbourhood.

Beach Clubs. Make sure you visit The Lawn or The Times at the end of Jalan Batu Bolong at sunset and enjoy a few cocktails and some great food. Other beach clubs nearby worth visiting include La Brisa at Echo Beach, Cafe Del Mar and Atlas Beach Fest in Berawa or KU DE TA, Mano Beach House and Potato Head in Seminyak. All are great fun and family-friendly.
